Meet Rosie. What started as an investment for our family quickly became something more permanent. We didn’t expect this neighbourhood to win us over the way it did, but it didn’t take long. Being directly across from the spray park and playground has been a game changer for our kids. The upper patio we built became our go-to spot—perfect for watching them play while still having a place to relax or hang out with friends.
